Joe Roeser fell in love with carpentry at a very young age. He knew at four years old, he wanted to be a carpenter. His love for carpentry expanded in high school, when he worked part-time at a cabinetry shop. He loved working with his hands and the details that came from millwork. It was then that he decided to make it his career. After several years working for others in this field, he opened Roeser Construction Company -1985.
Joe's satisfaction comes from old world craftsmanship. He grew up around antiques and really loves well-built woodworking that last the test of time. That is what he expects from his company. He pays special attention to quality and details and respects our client's homes as the most important aspect of the project. He has built relationships with trades that believe in the same things he does and do work that they are proud to stamp their name on. That has been the foundation which has carried Roeser Home Remodeling over twenty years. Joe is an active member of a Remodeling Executive group called, Remodeler's Advantage Roundtable. He is active in the Kirkwood DesPeres Area Chamber of Commerce. He sits on the Board of the Kirkwood Area's Planning and Zoning. Joe's passion for children's sports, arts, and music is shown in a financial backing of the area's youth programs. He and Cindy married in 1977. They have three grown children. |

Brandi is the newest member of the Roeser team. She is among the growing trend of children joining the family business. She is the middle child of Joe and Cindy.
Brandi graduated from Columbia College Chicago. She has been working and schooling in the City of Chicago for the last six years. She graduated in May 2006 and now has a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art, ;graduating with honors. During her years in school, Brandi received recognition the area of design numerous times. She was one of five students chosen to represent Columbia College Chicago design students in the honorable Driehaus Awards. She received third place and was chosen by Mr. Driehaus himself as a favorite. Although she has an extensive background in Fashion, design elements in the fashion world are used to produce home products. She loves color and textures. She is excellent in producing a great design concept that will flow, easily representing each client's personality. Brandi is great addition to our staff. She loves to work with people and will be assisting our clients in selections they need to make for their projects. She will also be assisting our staff in the areas of sales and design. We know you will love working with her. We are sure you will find that she will add certain flair to an already awesome Roeser project! |

Cindy will be found in the office if she is not out and about with industry leadership. Cindy works closely with Gail and the Management Team to constantly improve the flow of business. One of her primary goals is keeping the lines of communication open between office, field, and clients.
Cindy has a passion for the industry and the education of homeowners; she is very involved. Cindy, too, is a member of the Kirkwood - Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Directors. She co-chairs the Economic Development Committee in the City of Kirkwood to promote the area to national businesses and consumer's. She is involved with the Remodeling Council of the Homebuilders Association and is a member of Remodeler's Advantage Roundtables. "My personal goal is client satisfaction. Mark started in the remodeling business right out of high school in 1995.
He was well trained and now is an excellent teacher himself, one of his many traits of being a good leader. He is an expert in the field and continues to learn, keeping up with the changes in the industry.
Mark loves the variety that comes with the remodeling profession and he truly enjoys the client contact, along with the relationships he has with our clients and his peers. He is a family man and enjoys the sense of accomplishment you can only get when you make someone's home better! Mark enjoys life. In his spare time he is a singer, a D.J., an event planner, and a coach not to mention a husband and father. He is married to Jennifer, and together they have three beautiful children. |

Brian joined our company in July of 2004. He enjoys working with his hands and loves working with tools. He has been attending the St. Louis Carpenter's training school which is ranked number one in the nation. It is a tough school and Brian is flying through with exceptional reports. He is climbing the ranks and is proving his skill level to be beyond where he is in school.
Brian has a great work ethic that fits our company's expectations. He is a positive young man and never complains about any task given. He cheerfully pays his dues and fits in well with our experienced staff. The Project Managers he works with on a daily basis all sing his praises. Brian is the future of our growing company and we are thrilled to train him to the level of a remodeling expert. He will learn from the best and continue the quality craftsmanship we now provide and will for many years to come! |

Michael is a Journeyman Carpenter that has earned among the highest in educational testing (both academically and vocationally) at the St. Louis Carpenter's Hall. Awarded with the forth highest score in GPA he is one smart cookie. Not only that- he is a really nice guy. Michael enjoys the challenges remodeling brings by thinking outside the box to develop the best results for clients through all aspects.
Raised as the fifth of eight children, he certainly understands the flexibility and communication skills that are required in our profession. What he also understands with having so many siblings is the lifestyle needs that many families have. He takes great pride in being able to provide a premier home or room that clients are excited about! That makes him a perfect addition to our company. Michael is married to Tiffany and has two active boys to keep him busy. He loves the outdoors and the family loves to camp, swim and play sports. He is very active in his church and the youth programs there. He has also given time as a volunteer to help with the Meacham Park Rehab program. We hope for many years of Michael being part of our Roeser Family. |

Tim is a thirteen year veteran of our profession. He initially started in this career so he could work with his dad. He found pleasure working with his hands and watching his creations come to life. When he was able to stand back, look at his accomplishments, and have others appreciate his hard work, he was hooked. He knew he was making a difference and continues to enjoy working with homeowner's in improv
ing their lifestyles.
His education is in Law Enforcement Administration. This background helps him in organizational skills, details, and of course budgeting. His kind disposition, his attention to detail, and his outstanding work ethics fit perfect with the Roeser Company Culture. In his spare time, he is a family man. He is married to his wife of thirteen years, Janice, has two pre-teen daughters, Molly and Tess, is involved with his church and is an active member of the Carpenter's Union local 1739. He enjoys fishing with the girls, spending time with his wife and friends, and restoring their older home in Waterloo. A carpenter's work is never done! |
