Roeser Construction Company was founded by Joe & Cindy Roeser in August of 1985. Joe's experience, love for remodeling, construction and admiration for incredible building practices of years past led to the decision that he had more to offer than was available in the 80's. Remodeling was not the "Buzz" it is today. In fact, we've just changed our name to Roeser Home Remodeling.

After several years working for others in this field and the great training he had from working with wonderful bosses, he felt that he had the fundamentals that put craftsmanship, mutual respect, and client satisfaction as the foundation for a top notch company. So, Roeser Construction Company was formed. Since then, the company has grown from that one-man, operation to a full-service design-build remodeling firm.

Through years of constant improvement and education, Joe and Cindy partnered in working towards that dream. Roeser Home Remodeling has been the choice of remodeling for over two-hundred and fifty (250) homeowners; half of whom have done more than two projects with Roeser Construction. The company now is remodeling for second generations and enjoying every minute. We continue to service new clients mainly through referrals. Along with all the economic ups and downs, the company continues to support and serve those who have made ROESER their only remodeling choice.

Joe and Cindy are members of a Remodeling Executive group called, Remodeler's Advantage Roundtable. This is an elite group of owners in the profession of Remodeling. Gathering twice a year, from around the country, these owners share ideas on business practices in the industry.

To keep up with this ever-changing industry, both Joe and Cindy are members of the Home Builder's Association. Cindy sits on the Steering Committee for both the Remodeler's Council and 50+ Housing Council.

Both Joe and Cindy are active in the community; both are members of the Kirkwood-Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce, Cindy is a member of the Chamber Board, and Joe sits on the City of Kirkwood's Planning and Zoning Board.

They both have been involved with many youth groups as their children grew, along with various school activities, sport associations, and church committees.

Joe and Cindy married in 1977, grew up in the St. Louis area, raised their children here and take pride in the fact that they have contributed to the betterment of families' homes and lifestyles. They are Kirkwood High Alums and have three grown Kirkwood High Alum children.
